This home was very tired and dated internally and the owners wanted to give it a new lease of life by having it completely renovated. A new kitchen, bathroom and shower room was fitted and the property decorated throughout to achieve a modern contemporary feel.
This house benefitted from a large rear extension giving this family a large master bedroom and ensuite. Downstairs they now have a large kitchen diner with bi-fold doors which lets walk straight out onto the south facing decked and patio area.
This period cottage had been enlarged a few times. We demolished the old extension and re-built a new larger two-storey extension creating a lounge with a working fire and a master bedroom with en-suite. A small rear extension was also built to give a new toilet and utility room. We then totally transformed the interior structurally and working with the Interior Designer gave the whole house a clean and functional new look.
The Garth was extensively renovated. A large two-storey extension to the left hand side and a second storey to the right hand bungalow side. It involved major internal structural work, including removing the chimney to create a kitchen/dinner which is now the central hub of the house. A cinema room and a large double garage was also built at the front of this now stunning five bedroom/four bathroom luxury home.
The Old Forge is a period brick and flint cottage. We demolished the middle section of the house, re-building it incorporating a large rear and side two-storey extension, then completely renovating the interior and landscaping the exterior.
